Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy before placing your order.

Returns

Due to hygiene and quality reasons, all jewelry sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
