  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • During sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review your claim.
